Winter 2025 Classes - Live/Virtual

Monday MVMT: 5:05-6p

Pilates for Strength, Mobility, Flexibilty! Can include: Antics with a Chair.  Self-massage with a soft foam roller, Therabands, a large stability ball, or just you and your mat.  We mix it up and have fun. 

wednesday Morning Mat: on hiatus

Level 2 Pilates; may include some barre work. Helpful to be familiar with mat work basics. This class can include props, such as small weights, balance work, the Pilates Ring, and Therabands.  

Saturday mat: 10-10:50

Please be familiar with mat work basics. This fun class moves at a deliberate pace and may include props, small weights, balance work or Therabands.  

Private Pilates / personal training / duet sessions

By appointment only: Monday/Tue afternoons (12-7 pm); Wednesdays, Thursdays: 9:30-1:30; Saturday 9-12. Times listed are what is currently available; contact me if you prefer a different time.
