Pilates for Strength, Mobility, Flexibilty! Can include: Antics with a Chair. Self-massage with a soft foam roller, Therabands, a large stability ball, or just you and your mat. We mix it up and have fun.
Level 2 Pilates; may include some barre work. Helpful to be familiar with mat work basics. This class can include props, such as small weights, balance work, the Pilates Ring, and Therabands.
