Welcome to Studio Duende Pilates

The studio began as an idea in early 2005, upon my parents' passing, to create a beautiful space designed around nature that I could teach in.  It came into fruition in 2007, with eco-conscious bamboo floors, low VOC paint, skylights that let in natural light and views of the marsh like a balm for mind and body.
