The studio is fully equipped with a Classical Pilates Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Correctors and props to assist clients from post-rehab to athletes. While my specialty is working with clients over 50, Pilates for youth is also important. I can partner with you to help improve your level of fitness, wherever you are, whether starting from injury or wishing to up-level your athletic performance!
Workplace wellness is an area I have specialized in for over 20 years, whether virtually (or live) with clients- some across the country. For more than 10 years I instructed yoga and Pilates classes at the Reebok campus (formerly in Canton, MA). Additional corporate clients include: Ciba Corning Diagnostics, Shaw Environmental, McSweeney-Ricci Insurance, public schools, and with Wellable, inc. a corporate wellness placement service. Desk workers need postural improvements, stress relief and breathwork to help them stay focused, healthy, and enhance their job performance. How can I help your company and workplace improve?
